Is the free plan really free?

Yes, and no card is required. You get 1 domain, 10 aliases, 50 emails a day, 3-day retention and the full webmail inbox, for as long as you want it.

Do you charge per email?

No. Every plan is a fixed monthly price with a generous daily ceiling, so a busy week never produces a surprise invoice.

What happens if I hit my daily limit?

Messages beyond the daily ceiling are rejected at SMTP time, which means the sender gets a bounce rather than silently losing mail. Upgrading raises the ceiling immediately.

Can I cancel or downgrade?

Any time, from the billing portal. There is no contract and no lock-in — your MX records are yours to point elsewhere.

Where is the data stored?

Servers in Germany, object storage in Amsterdam. Everything stays in the EU.
